"Room was spacious and clean. Only problem was the lack of air conditioning because the room was very warm! But there was a fan. Location was good, just outside of the Ring Street, which meant a half hour walk to everything touristy."

"Great location next to a market for food and drinks, also plenty of restaurants and bars within very close walking distance. Nice sized room. Friendly staff who speak English to help with any questions. Nice breakfast. The only thing that was annoying (as I am a light sleeper) is that you can hear and feel the rumbles of underground trains passing under or very close to the hotel which woke me up at about 05.30 both mornings. "The property is ideally located for a short visit to Vienna. Naschmarkt, just a couple of mins walk has lots of good restaurants. City not much further. Room was OK but tired. Tea/coffee provided but had to ask for milk. Were told it's not provided but they did get some from the kitchen. Beds were made daily, but tea/coffee not replenished and used sachets/cups (paper) not cleared away. Mini bar prices provided but no drinks in the fridge. We thought we should tell reception in case they thought...
