Mr Voshmgir went to great lengths to explain the advantages of the location, very helpful. The apartment itself was quiet, elevator access a step from the room door. AC, washer, all other appliances worked well. Many top locations are within easy walking distance, and beyond a major hub Ubahn (metro) station very close by. I would not hesitate to return to this...
