"Wonderful, old-fashioned hotel in central-enough location to be able to walk to most of key sights within 20-25 mins. Around 30 mins to Secession, 20 to the Hofburg, 10-15 to St Stephens - so all very close. Fantastic breakfast with great variety of hot and cold food - excellent to set you up for a day's sightseeing. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds (good range of pillows to choose from and nice firm mattresses) and including seating / TV area (we stayed in the superior double). We were on the 4th Floor so nice and quiet too, even with windows open at night. Pleasant and courteous staff, always willing to help. Wonderful surprise of bottle of bubbly and cake left in our room on my birthday! Overall, fantastic place to spend our 20th anniversary - would come again in a heartbeat :)"

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."
