No air-conditioning in the room which made the room hot at night, even in the midst of autumn/winter. This is despite the hotel page indicating that there is air conditioning available. Room was basic, with basic amenities provided such as towels and coffee/tea. Beds were comfortable.

Perfect location, about 6 minutes to Vienna Central Train Station. Dining options in close walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff members 10/10. Huge bedroom and bathroom, with basic amenities including coffee station. Bring bedside slippers. Firm mattress, pillows are not soft. Breakfast options were limited for the cost of 20 euros.

Unassuming outside but lovely rooms inside. Staff were helpful. Only downside was air conditioning only pushed the warm air around the room. Did not cool. Walking distance of the train station and many key sites.

The hotel was slightly better than average. We have stayed in better hotels in Austria. It is located a short walk from the train station and close to the metro for travel around Vienna. The included breakfast was okay. The room was clean and adequate.
