"we loved this property! only about 5-10min walk from Munich Hbf. there’s a tram station just across the street to take us easy to the city center. great walkable dining options around the area and the lobby is a 24hr cafe/bar. breakfast was just okay, we didn’t think it was worth the €20-something cost. they have tap water with glasses available in the lobby since Vienna water is very clean. the room could be a bit more cleaner. also we couldn’t figure out the heater (it was too hot in our room) so we’d just open the window and even then the street is not as loud. overall, would love to stay here again!"

"The staff at the Novotel went above and beyond when our booking at another hotel went wrong. There were no rooms available for our first night so they kindly let us bed down in the lounge for the night and use the facilities. We booked in straight away for the second night. We had a fantastic nights sleep after our not so perfect first night. We were then able to leave our bags until the early hours of the next day, as we were going to a concert and then going to the airport. It is in a great location too, just next to a very reliable train and metro station. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Vienna. "

The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. The spa , gym and pool were a bonus . I would highly recommend. "
