The Hampton By Hilton Vienna City West is a wonderful new property in a very convenient location. Very nice modern, well appointed room. Breakfast was also very good for both quality and variety. Highly recommended.

The hotel has all the all the amenities of a quality stay. The parking is convenient (28 Euros a night) and the breakfast was great with several options. The location was good for us as it was a 20 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus.

I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. Very quiet if you keep the windows closed. Fantastically convenient for the underground, just 100 yards from the front door - which is also spotless, on time and easy to use by the way. A reasonably good choice is provided for breakfast. Rooms have modern 60" tvs, which allow screen sharing from your mobile devices. A modern room safe is provided. Bathrooms are modern, excellent showers and spotlessly clean. Storage space in the room is limited, but adequte for short stays. I would definitely recommend and plan to return. Vienna is a beautiful city and easy to get in and out from this location.

Hotel was easily accessible by Underground from the Centre of Vienna. You could even see the Hotel when you came out of the nearest Underground! Staff were friendly and Hotel was very clean. Cooked breakfast was disappointing as the food was all lukewarm/cold on the first day and the egg was only hot enough the next day when I happened to come just as the container was being topped up. Not too pleasant and potentially a health hazard.

Easy access to the tube -just across the road. The staff where very helpful The room was very clean, Super comfortable bed !! Need of more hooks in the bed room and shower room Plenty of hot water, Although not hot enough for me... The attitude and service of the staff is very bad. I lost my credit card and they wouldn't lend me the phone at the front desk. When the breaker in my room tripped, they said it was my fault for using the hair dryer and the kettle at the same time. They also scolded me for putting too much water in the kettle. Isn't it normal for people to use both at the same time in the first place? They should apologize for the power shortage in their hotel first. When I called to ask to borrow a fork, they told me in a strong tone that I should come and get it myself. I don't know if it was racism, but this is not the kind of attitude you would expect from an international hotel, and it's really disappointing. This hotel really made me hate this country.

I had cash stored in the safety deposit box and I had noticed that a portion of it was missing after the first night of my stay. I reported this to the hotel manager but have not received any response nor resolution. Would not recommend trusting this hotel with security of property. Aside from this, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, there was a decent selection of breakfast foods. Convenient location for walking and accessing public transportation.

Terrible customer service. Very rude young lady welcomed me. They made an error on my reservation and she couldn’t handle it. Taking it out on me. Also this place doesn’t have a ramp to enter the hotel with your luggage. You have to carry your suitcases down stairs to go to front lobby it’s awful and poorly planned.
