"Lovely hotel with a truly independent feel and a traditional approach to the delivery of customer service in the modern day. Genuinely friendly staff who are very experienced in what they do. In many respects it was a refreshing change from the typical corporate chains of hotels. Worthy of special mention are Gilbert, hotel manager, who we met at the front desk on arrival. He immediately made us feel relaxed and at home in our new settings. And Sanjay, head barman, who was an absolute pleasure...

"Easy walk from Hauptbahnhof. Just far away you don't hear the trains. Room was spacious and had lots of storage. In room minibar refrigerator and nice selections for the tea kettle. Breakfast buffet is available. Includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and selection of meats and cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads, coffee, juice , cereals. Easy walk to U1 line and other public transport to city center and tourist locations. "

"Great location next to a market for food and drinks, also plenty of restaurants and bars within very close walking distance. Nice sized room. Friendly staff who speak English to help with any questions. Nice breakfast. The only thing that was annoying (as I am a light sleeper) is that you can hear and feel the rumbles of underground trains passing under or very close to the hotel which woke me up at about 05.30 both mornings. "

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"The property is a real find. It is a ten minute walk from the Opera, twenty minutes from Hofsbourg and three minutes from the naschmarkt. I can’t imagine a better location. The apartment itself was clean, quiet and spacious. Do note that there is no tv, though we had so much to see and do it wasn’t really an issue. "
