"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....

"Very noisy, without AC,so during the day time it was very hot, an isolated place very far from city center.The traffic was so intense that I couldn't sleep at nights."

"Nicely refurbished hotel in a great location - right across the street from Vienna’s main train station and steps away from the underground and tram. Quiet, clean and very nice at a great price. One thing to be aware of: the sign on the hotel says “Congress Hotel.” I think they haven’t gotten signage for the rebrand yet, so it was a little confusing finding the place. Nice restaurant right down the block."

"No big praises, no big complaints. It’s an economy hotel, so you don’t get the bells and whistles, but it’s solid for the price. The breakfast isn’t anything to brag about. It is close to the train station and the underground. I’d stay there again."

"Easy walk from Hauptbahnhof. Just far away you don't hear the trains. Room was spacious and had lots of storage. In room minibar refrigerator and nice selections for the tea kettle. Breakfast buffet is available. Includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and selection of meats and cheeses, fruits, yogurt, breads, coffee, juice , cereals. Easy walk to U1 line and other public transport to city center and tourist locations. "
