"Lovely hotel with a truly independent feel and a traditional approach to the delivery of customer service in the modern day. Genuinely friendly staff who are very experienced in what they do. In many respects it was a refreshing change from the typical corporate chains of hotels. Worthy of special mention are Gilbert, hotel manager, who we met at the front desk on arrival. "Great location next to a market for food and drinks, also plenty of restaurants and bars within very close walking distance. Nice sized room. Friendly staff who speak English to help with any questions. Nice breakfast. The only thing that was annoying (as I am a light sleeper) is that you can hear and feel the rumbles of underground trains passing under or very close to the hotel which woke me up at about 05.30 both mornings. "

"The staff at the Novotel went above and beyond when our booking at another hotel went wrong. There were no rooms available for our first night so they kindly let us bed down in the lounge for the night and use the facilities. We booked in straight away for the second night. "Nicely refurbished hotel in a great location - right across the street from Vienna’s main train station and steps away from the underground and tram. Quiet, clean and very nice at a great price. One thing to be aware of: the sign on the hotel says “Congress Hotel.” I think they haven’t gotten signage for the rebrand yet, so it was a little confusing finding the place. Nice restaurant right down the block."

"Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place. "

"The property is fake . One one there . They steel my money. I tried calling them more then 10 times no one answer. There isn’t front desk in the property. I knocked out the door then women said go away nothung here . I wasn’t alone , there were guys also had the same problem and they called the company who booked for then to return the money. I want my money back , otherwise I will ask the police to go to the property to check it out and catch the cookers . I spend more then 3 hours outside....
