"Great location for visiting Vienna-short walk to the city center, opera, naschmarkt, Hofsburg, etc. The hotel was easy to get into, and the staff were nice upon arrival. The front desk is only staffed during certain hours which makes certain normal operations of a front desk difficult. The A/C in the room was not very functional, and the room never really cooled down. The room didn't have any art or anything but was adequately appointed.
