Lovely room, good size and clean. The only issue i had was with staffing. They obviously had limited staff which was evident during breakfast where there were many places waiting to be cleared during peak time. I ended up clearing a table just so i could sit down and was asked by another patron to clear their table as they assumed i was staff! I also had a drink in the bar which had a contact lens in it! I got a new drink however the staff member wasnt particularly apologetic or concerned that i had nearly swallowed a contact lens! However, overall the majority of staff were friendly and very helpful. I also had an issue with my luggage with they dealt with very well and the email communications were excellent. Overall i would stay here again but i would advise the owners to employ more reception staff as they seemed overwhelmed during the busy periods

They always greet you with a smile, are ready to help and make you feel at home-away-from-home. Special thanks to Alexei, Nico, Leon, Michi, Georg, Joy, Peter and Nipun, all of whom could not done more to make us feel welcome, safe and embraced by Vienna's big heart. A real gem in central Vienna, within a walking distance to many attractions! The hotel is modern, my well designed room offered everything you needed to feel comfortable. Capable and friendly staff. Property is clean and room is a bit on the small size but ok for 2. It is close to subway or tram. It is walkable to many of the popular sites in downtown Vienna. Our room is facing the street and you can hear the people talking from the bar from 2nd floor. I like the taxi waits in a line for customer from the subway station. It was very convenient when time to get to the airport.
