"Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place. "

"So I requested a handicap accessible room which they said they gave me however there were stairs to get to the elevator so if there’s no way to get to the elevator without climbing stairs in the room is certainly not handicap accessible. "We enjoyed our stay in this conveniently located apartment. We walked to the museums and theater, even in the snow, it was not far. The underground is a block away and there were always taxis passing by. There is a Billa grocery very close and we were able to cook and relax in this spacious apartment. My only complaint is that one of the duvets (under the duvet cover) was stained with blood and should be removed. "
