"The property is ideally located for a short visit to Vienna. Naschmarkt, just a couple of mins walk has lots of good restaurants. City not much further. Room was OK but tired. Tea/coffee provided but had to ask for milk. Were told it's not provided but they did get some from the kitchen. Beds were made daily, but tea/coffee not replenished and used sachets/cups (paper) not cleared away. Mini bar prices provided but no drinks in the fridge. "So I requested a handicap accessible room which they said they gave me however there were stairs to get to the elevator so if there’s no way to get to the elevator without climbing stairs in the room is certainly not handicap accessible. "Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place. "
