However, upon arrival after a long flight we were told that the room was not available. We were previously told that this may be a possibility and accepted the situation. We were instead, told to use the bathroom in the lobby to change in and we proceeded to do so. Five minutes later, hubby checked in with another staff to inquire if room was truly not available...
