"Helpful staff. Really useful location with the hotel hoops bus stopping right outside. The breakfast was lovely. My only niggles were the pillows being uncomfortable and the room being very hot, even when using the cooling system."

"I booked the Thistle because of its close proximity to Terminal 5, and I was so pleasantly surprised. From Arrivals, the Pods transport is super easy and quick. I was able to do early check in, and my room was very clean, large, and had everything I needed. I did not take advantage of the restaurant, but it’s available for breakfast and dinner. Getting into London was easy— a 5 min Pod ride back to Terminal 5, and catch the Underground. I will definitely book the Thistle again."
