"Please check address wanted terminal 2 got the hotel at terminal 4. Both hotels have the same name. Terminal 4 where we stayed was a train ride away and a medium to long walk across lots of roads to get to the hotel. Hotel staff rooms and food were excellent though. "

"The front staff was great! The bar/restaurant staff was not however. They need to bump up their customer service skills. I'd suggeat more electrical outlets in the bathroom/rom. Overall a very nice hotel though! "

"A welcome rest after a very long journey. Easy to reach although the bus driver was no help at all. Room clean and comfy bed. Water pressure a bit low. No menu in room or any offer of room service. Lovely towels though. Tea/Coffee making facilities. Fridge in room. Staff lovely and helpful. Very convenient to airport but no noise from outside. "

"The hotel is stunning, spacious, and staffed by friendly, attentive people. Everyone was welcoming, and the bars provided a great spot to unwind. I chose the hotel for its convenient location, just under half a mile from Purple Parking. Unfortunately, my stay in Brussels was somewhat overshadowed by this hotel, which set a high bar for the rest of my accommodations."
