"We enjoyed our stay of 4 days. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, walkable to main London attractions and with great access to both the Underground and St. Pancras station. The area has many colleges and feels young and safe. Lots of dining options. Our room was fine for 3 people with sufficient electrical outlets but lacked a refrigerator which was disappointing. The bathroom was exceptionally small, almost like a cruise ship bathroom, but everything...

"The service in breakfast not good attention to detail and slow. Coffee was cold but replaced when asked. Hotel room not cleaned just bed made and clean towels. Stain from wine bottle not cleaned off coffee table on either day "

"not so good, bedrooms are not all in the main building. our bedroom was on the other side of the road, also the building does not have lifts( our bedroom was on the 3rd floor), I was travelling with my mother and I feel for older people is not friendly the amount of stairs. our bedroom was extremely small and noisy. The breakfast was ok, although the room is extremely small for the amount of bedrooms the hotel has. "

"Arrived early evening, friendly reception. First impression clouded by ongoing renovations so limited temporary restaurant facility in basement. Food good and service speedy. Very comfortable and quiet nights sleep. Buffet breakfast was fine hot selection could have been warmer but maybe due to temporary facility. Across thw road from Euston Station and 10 mins from St Pancras."
