Nice property in Brentford offered us exactly what we were looking for. Walkable to some nice restaurants and pubs. Enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in the morning and the comfortable lounge area off the lobby.

We loved the location on the locks. The hotel Is also convenient distance from Kew Gardens via the bus. Breakfast is self service, although plentiful and good variety. The quality was average with most items items being luke warm! With insufficient number of staff to give you a more pleasant dining experience.

They went over and above.
I was there for a family event, which we held at the hotel, and they could not have been more helpful, every member of staff that I dealt with was determined to make sure that they did everything that they could to ensure it was a success.

Very friendly and helpful staff . Handy to have underground parking with liftstraight up to reception . Room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. Well soundproofed from the planes flying into Heathrow . Nice breakfast with lots of choice although the booth we chose was subject to a draught from the front door and it was a chilly morning .
