The rooms were identical in style, but the first floor room looked like it had experienced much more use since the most recent refurbishment. It was still fine, I’d happily stay there again, it was still a comfortable and clean place to stay, but there was definitely a difference in property condition between the two rooms. "

"We were happy with our stay at Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel. We had everything we needed, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was lovely. We didn't realise there was air-conditioning in the room which we needed, as it was very warm in there. Nice continental breakfast and helpful staff."

"Good convenient hotel with parking onsite - good alternative to central London hotel options if location works (which it does for me with a car). Also across the street from tube station with tube access via District line to the centre of the city. "

"Great location, and excellent staff. Breakfast was a bonus. Only downside was our room was directly above Wetherspoons and it's outside bar area and the bedroom window would not close fully. If staying again will ask for an inside room "
