"The staff were all really lovely, bed comfortable and a very good size. TV was massive but not all channels were working properly. In need of a freshen up in regards to style I'd say. Other that that, it was great "

"Hotel is in a perfect location for access to the most popular attractions in London. Was close to Tottenham Court Road tube station which was perfect too. Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Soho, Chinatown and Oxford Street are all within a 10 minute walk from St Giles. Hotel itself was well presented with a pub/restaurant onsite. Room was small, but clean, with air con and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower was great. Room was cleaned every day. Concierge were fantastic and we were allowed...

"We stayed for the London landmarks half marathon, as a member of park plaza, we got an upgrade on the room! Which was a nice high floor! Unfortunately it was facing another room! The room wasn’t serviced during our two nights stay, the bed was okay but seemed like a double. Breakfast was expensive but wasn’t really worth the £25pp. The staff for the bar were great!"
