"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything...

It could use a little updating of the rooms (the only outlets for charging our phones were across the room from our bed) and the tv wasn’t able to connect to our streaming accounts even though it was a smart tv. We would also love a microwave in the room, but I’m not sure if it was just the price point we were staying in or if none of the rooms have microwaves.
