"Stayed for a week in Spring 2025 in a standard room, 2 people. We were full-on tourists add day long, so we basically only slept in the hotel. Loved: the place was very clean and we were surprised to have house-keeping every day. The staff we encountered were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. "Bed was too big for the room. This caused a problem using the toilet/shower, which was designed for an ultra slim body. Tv was fine, kettle, tea, coffee and milk was provided. Bought water for making tea. "

"The location was excellent, it is directly opposite Hammersmith station. The room was clean and the bed was basic but I liked having the curtains for privacy. Plug sockets and reading light worked well. The bathroom was clean but was a bit tired. The shower was decent and shower gel was provided. The clothes hook on the back of the door was falling off (a screw missing) but I was impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The hostel is very noisy at night, mainly because of the bars...
