"1. The hotel is located in not a very good neighborhood on a very busy street. Lots of sirens and street noise and the windows in the hotel are not soundproof! It’s hard to sleep. 2. The hotel seems very run down! Starting from the shattered glass door at the entrance to the torn wallpaper on the wall and chair torn. 3. no AC!! It wasn’t working in the while hotel. It was very stuffy in the summer. 4. I am allergic, so I brought my own sheets, they disappeared after cleaning and the hotel...

"The staff was there to help 24 hours a day and were very friendly. They served a good breakfast and dinner when I ate at the hotel restaurant. They arranged transportation when needed. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. Overall a great experience. "
