"This hotel was a great base for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff was pleasant, responsive, and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was delicious (included smoked duck breast, passion and other fresh fruits among other foods ) and you could order eggs prepared a variety of ways as well as the Vietnamese traditional noodle soup. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. "

Additionally, the doormen are very friendly and always help guide Grab drivers to the correct entrance for pick-ups and drop-offs. The restaurant is another highlight, offering freshly prepared Vietnamese dishes every day, such as chicken and beef pho. Downstairs, the Annam Gourmet supermarket has a wide selection of international foods, which made my mom especially happy—she went shopping there every day! Overall, this place is the perfect choice for family trips, and it provides a smooth experience for first-time visitors without overwhelming them with cultural differences."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Halong Bay cruise, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautifully designed, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after our trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere—perfect for evening cocktails and even a lovely spot for an afternoon lunch. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the Old Quarter, but if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities, this is a wonderful choice. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"
