In particular, Anna, who helped to organise everything for us, from our tours to Ning Binh, Halong Bay and Sapa to arranging a car to pick us up to the airport. She e even gave us a phone charger when we realised that we forgot to bring one with us. Breakfast was also good and offered a veriety of cooked options, fresh fruits/juices, bread and tea/coffee. We will definitely stay in Lotus Boutique again when we return to Hanoi. We will also recommend it to our friends."
