"We enjoyed our stay... The staff was super nice andv always helpful and smilling! Basically, for me, just 1 small drawback....that was the 5 am neighborhood rooster call every morning. My suggestion is that rooster is on the next evenings menu....haha!"

"It’s in a great part of the city, a bit quieter than the centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room size was much smaller than it appears on the photos. There’s little in bathroom amenities even though the bathroom was a good size. The shower door was very noisy and difficult to slide. There was no space to put the jug except on the floor. Just a couple of little changes would make it a much more pleasant stay. Also had trouble with the aircon. The hotel does have its charm. "

"Our stay was so lovely. We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake. Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee. The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly. Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they...

"Great value for money, good size rooms, clean and tidy. Right next to a large hostel, don’t be put off by that as the hostel is a great location for all info on trips, booking taxis etc and the staff are mainly from the U.K. You will get some noise if you are located at the front but you get that in virtually every hotel in Hanoi. Located in a good area for bars & restaurants. Try Durty Burger, Black Jacks for good UK style food. "
