"Cozy hotel in a good central location. Rooms are small and internet and cable channels like CNN, BBC are sketchy or not available most of the time. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is decent. The hallways are also small and rundown, carpets are in need of changing, walls need patching up and painting. Family rooms need a major reno especially the bathroom.
