"Great relaxing vibe here in the heart of the city. Our balcony room was a decent size, very comfortable and clean. All the staff we came into contact with were exceptional during our short one night stay from the reception staff through to Mark at the fabulous rooftop bar he was a credit to the hotel very engaging and helpful. "큰짐을 오르고 내리는게 불편할 정도로 좁은 계단을 통해서 미용실로 연결되고 그 뒤에 호텔이 있어서 불편했어요. 날씨때문인지 벽과 천장에서 물이 흘렀고 화장실 수압이 낮고 욕조에 물이 너무 천천히 내려가서 씻다보면 발이 물에 담길 정도였어요.. 위치는 맥주거리와 아랫층 바를 즐기실 분들에겐 최적화된 곳였고 매니저가 바로 응답해줘서 그나마 서비스가 좋았던 곳으로 기억됩니다. 다음날 사파가는 리무진을 같이 기다려주기도 하고 매니저의 서비스는 좋았어요."
