"Loved the property. Directly on the lake with a pool and driving range. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms ive ever come across. The sauna and jacuzzi were a huge plus. Bun Cha at the restaurant was to die for. Breakfast Buffett was pretty good, loved the espresso machine. Staff very attentive, great customer service! A bunch of Cafes within 5 minutes walking distance to the hotel. WIll definitely be back. "

Right next to a large hostel, don’t be put off by that as the hostel is a great location for all info on trips, booking taxis etc and the staff are mainly from the U.K. You will get some noise if you are located at the front but you get that in virtually every hotel in Hanoi. Located in a good area for bars & restaurants. Try Durty Burger, Black Jacks for good UK style food. "
