I confirmed with the owner that this is a home and not a hotel prior to booking the entire property. Turned out to be a hostel that smelled of raw sewage. There was a woman who entered the property daily unannounced which was alarming at first then comedic at the end. Zero water pressure in upper two floors, had hot water at times. "The apartment is great as it is well appointed and has plenty of room seems to be not long set up. Check in is a security person at the basement who stays on site. One we got a jug to boil water we were basically setup. We enjoyed our stay there."

"I booked this place for our last couple nights in Hanoi and was charged in full. The host never replied to any of my messages, did not provide check in details so I was left scrambling on my last day of holidays trying to secure new accommodations for my family and friends before we flew in to Hanoi last in the evening. I also spent money on having to call VRBO multiple times. This host should be removed from the platform."

"Apartment all good. Had booked for 5 nights. After 2 nights we were asked to move to another apartment as emergency electrical work. We asked for a 9 am Move as planning to be out all day. They couldn’t do so we had to return at 1pm to move. We did and were moved to a 4 bedroom spot. Great.later that day asked to return as one bedroom needed to be locked.
