"This hotel is a pure gem we loved this and was sad to leave. From the moment we set foot into this hotel we were looked after and they could not do enough for us even give us 2 young girls as tour guides who took us around and showed us the sites where to eat and drink anything we wanted they took us and such lovely girls. We only had breakfast which was spoilt for choice was that nice and our room was amazing could not have picked a better hotel so happy and would return here next time we visit."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for 2 nights, were on a cruise for a night and then came back to the hotel again. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The surroundings were nice and we really liked the room and decor. Breakfast was really good and we had a lot of choice and the offered extra options. Would recommend and definitely stay here again. Thanks to Kevin for his nice welcome and great English, they were lovely with my Vietnamese partner too. Easy to walk to the main areas of the city to see things and get around. "

"Above all, I would say that the hotel staff is fabulous. They are kind, attentive, friendly, and could not have been more welcoming. The only issue that we had was concerning the park next to our hotel room that was blasting music day and night. After traveling over 20 hours, it would’ve been nice to have been able to get a good night sleep. I will also note that there were a lot of Scaffolding and miscellaneous extra hotel stuff that was stacked outside of our window of the bathroom. I thought that was unprofessional and would have preferred not to have had to look at it. "

Didn’t take too kindly to the noise from the large Indian group checking in while we checked out. Hotel reception apologised, although it wasn’t the hotels fault."
