Amazing hotel. Easily the most attentive and welcoming staff I've ever known. Facilities are exceptional and well maintained. We absolutely loved it. Only downsides: Pharoah bar singer was so loud we couldn't speak to each other, had to leave straight away.

Beautiful property with many dining options and a beautiful roof-top bar. It is a little far from Hanoi Old Quarter, so grab is the way to go. Prices are pretty expensive compare to local prices, so be prepared to pay U.S. prices, but otherwise, amazing hotel.
