"Really lovely property - you definitely get the wow factor when you arrive in the lobby. Rooms are nice but nowhere near as flash as the lobby, and dare I say a little minimalist. But staff are amazing. Location is also good, and surprisingly quiet (on the Collins side). Look out for eating out discounts from the hotel aswell."

Special shout out to Constanta for making sure all our needs were met whether we were lounging at the pool or on the patio dining area or dining inside! She greeted us daily and made sure we were always being taken care of!"

"Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. The little bar in back was a great spot to grab a drink and quick dinner after traveling all day. It’s right on Rt 1, so easy quick access to stuff in the area. "

"The property is difficult to navigate, but is also very nice. The staff was accommodating and friendly. However, housekeeping staff do not speak English. Although I think they do a good job it’s difficult to communicate your needs. The room we had was a junior suite partial ocean view (we upgraded for an additional $20 daily) It was worth it. The view was beautiful. We could see cruise ships and the comings and goings of Mallory Square. However, Mallory Square has a Cuban restaurant that has a...
