"This was a 1 night getaway. Hotel room recently renovated so room was the best! Even received an upgrade to a suite which was like a small apartment. Hotel has a great location. Still quite some issues: working the hot/cold in shower a challenge. Strange set up. Check out day had no cold water, so shower was scalding. I alerted front desk at checkout. No room service, (said it would not be available until a few months), since this was November in FL, pool should have been heated, but it was not,...

"This hotel was very nice. The lobby was beautiful and the front desk clerk was very nice. The room was modern and spacious, the beds were very comfortable as well. The only thing I would change is the elevator. It made a horrible noise when using it."

"Staff were all GREAT! The room was very clean and large. Pool wasn’t big but was never so busy we couldn’t get chairs. Definitely check out the Hot Tin Roof bar and restaurant. Best Peaches and Cream Old Fashioned! Best drink I had in Key West! Overall, would stay again and would recommend! "
