"We loved our stay here! Every staff member we encountered was so nice and helpful! Definitely not in the busyness of South Beach which we did not mind at all - easy to walk, bike or Uber everywhere. The hotel, beach and pool area were so bright and airy with their signature pink and white everywhere. "

"Generally a good hotel but very disappointed in our room. Sold as oceanfront. On the 4 th floor so actually a pool view and palm trees pretty much blocking even ocean view. Hotel did offer some monetary compensation. In room dining food was not up to par. Dinner was good in the Grove. Getting vhairs at the pool was difficult. Need a better system. Not turned over quickly enough.. Balcony furniture not clean. Extra toilet paper holder was empty when needed in middle of night."
