I wanted 2 Queen beds and got a King. The coffee pot didn't work. I travel all day, and I was hoping for something to eat. I have always thought Sheraton was a top-rated hotel. I didn't feel or see that in this hotel.

The room was nicer than I expected. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water was nice and hot for a bath. The shower pressure or shower head could have been better

We stayed for 1 night before our cruise. We liked that the hotel had a complimentary shuttle from the airport that was quick and easy. A lot of construction going on one side of the hotel. We did not use the pool but it looked nice. We appreciated the water offered in the lobby. Front desk staff was friendly and inviting. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early at no charge. Our room was clean. Not much to do or see around the immediate area but was sufficient for our needs. We would consider staying there again for another 1 night stay.
