"Staff was nice. But slow. Ordered extra champagne flutes to my suite and took over an hour. Had to call multiple times. 6th floor by spa is incredibly loud with doors slamming all morning and day. Also any pool view room your “balcony” opens up to the pool floor so you’ll be staring at people all day and are directly behind their lounge chairs. Pillows suck. Left my own personal pillow there called multiple times and no one picked up but they also have my phone number and should have called me...
