Everyone we met on the property was very friendly and helpful. I loved the little touches in our room, including the folded towels and turndown service. "This is not an inexpensive resort but is a decent value. The property is huge with pools, beach, bars, and several activities (fishing pier, bikes, snorkeling gear, volleyball, etc. it is centrally located on Islamorada to restaurants and marinas. "

"We did really enjoy this place. Room and property were clean. I was however frustrated and disappointed that the pool closes at 6pm. One of the things we enjoy most on vacation is swimming at night. 6pm? Way to expensive of a resort to not to be able to use the pool late in the evenings. This is nearly a deal breaker for our familly"

"Grassy Flats resort is a beautiful, private, secluded property. We felt so relaxed here. There is not much of a “beach” area but seeing the high and low tide reveal the “grassy flats” was so cool. There are beach chairs/lounge chairs everywhere (by pools and along ocean front) so you can post up wherever you want. The pool was awesome and shady.
