"If you thinking about getting shuttle service, think twice my wife and I we have to jump true hoops to get some kind of notice about the status of the pick up time. After one hour waiting the shuttle service never show up, but all the people in the hotel nice and professional. The manager Dulce was very kind and helpful, all the cleaning crew tumps up."

Little things make a bit difference when traveling to differ culture. Should learn to put customer first "
