Great stay! Everything was within walking distance—and if it wasn’t, the subway and union station are very close. The property was very clean and quiet. Front desk is extremely friendly, when we needed something all we did was call and they would come up with what we needed. Would definitely come back. If you’re looking for big rooms, you might want to book suites, but if you’re okay with small rooms, book!

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting—there was urine all over the toilet seat, clearly left uncleaned from the prior guest. The room smelled terrible, as if it hadn’t been properly aired out or sanitized in ages. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I was appalled by the lack of basic hygiene standards. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
