We loved Kinzie Hotel! The staff were very welcoming to us and i loved having conversations with valet! he’s amazing! Other than there being a little updating being done to the lobby which only caused 1 elevator to work, the place is amazing! 10/10 would do it again!😊

Perfectly located and affordable. Met all our needs for 2 nights in the heart of Chicago. Walkable to all the touristy spots. Mag mile, the river walk. Staff Trang and Demetrius both went above and beyond and made our stay a delight. Will def recommend Kinzie and will stay again!

Very nice clean room. The cocktail hour and breakfast room was way too small but it could be a temporary room due to construction. Also there was a bit of a wait time for the elevator due to only one working.
