"When we checked in, after walking into lobby from getting off the shuttle, the front desk associate did not inform us that we needed a shuttle voucher to ride the shuttle the next morning. During checkout at the front desk we were asked if we had a shuttle voucher, we stated “No…no one told us we needed one when we checked in.” The response from the associate was, “I didn’t check you in.” This is poor customer service. "

"We stayed at VOCO for a quick weekend family trip as a family of four. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, and view was amazing. We spent time in the hotel pool which was a hit for our littles as it was heated ( a little too much for my liking) but the kids enjoyed it. It was close enough to a lot of things which was a big plus. "

"The staff were all extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is updated and the shower is awesome. The beds were very comfortable. I always stay at the ACME when I’m in Chicago. This was my 4th or 5th time staying and I will definitely be back. Thank you. "
