Good location, excellent staff. The only thing I didn’t like es that the rooms are very dark, they need better illumination. Good and safe neighborhood, walkable, and with public transportation all around.

The heat in the room wouldnt turn off. The second night we thought it was raining but woke up to the ceiling in half of the room was wet and dripping. It looked close to caving in. I called to inform them and no one came to look at it. When we checked out we informed them again and im surprised they didn't offer us any type of discount in the room considering. We also paid in advance for breakfast but the first morning the dining area was closed they did take iff obe night of parking to make up for that

it seems like they have Long lines most of the time as I seen that from most of the reviews and when I went, I did experience a long line though I did get there before it filled up too much. I suggest coming in 10 minutes or so before your check in time. our room was nice. We stayed as a couple and we were supposed to get one king bedroom but they cannot accommodate us so they gave us two queen beds, which we were happy with, The room was nice, clean comfortable, although it had a view of the other side of the building so there wasn’t a great view of outside. overall, this place is nice in the architecture in the building is crazy beautiful. they have two or three restaurants I believe and vending machines. parking is easy you can do valet or self Park, self Park also comes with the option to drive in and out.

No usb ports, elevators slow, woman at the restaurant was rude, chair in the room was frayed and was dilapidated, room did not have side table, room looked unclean, hotel is too busy.

we had a backed-up shower our first morning. other than that, I would have rated higher on property and facilities. you guys were extremely responsive which was awesome

My room had a failed 40 year old heating system which required a new motor.After repair it still didnt work, so I was moved to a new room ,a very nice suite.THAT heater did not not work either! The hotel is old and in need of renovation..The staff are very nice,tho and professional,but seem in short staff.Very few dining options on site for such a large place with many conference attendees.One overcrowded place and one take out place.Long lines and limited fare. I won't return here

It is a grand old hotel with modern amenities. The marble and look of the the front lobby is pretty amazing.
