Hyatt has done a great job with this property! Lobby is beautiful and completely redone since my prior visit 6 years ago. Located on the River & at the corner of the bridge on magnificent mile. Excellent service by staff. The bar in the lobby makes great drinks and their dining options are also surprisingly great! Special thanks to security staff for saving my wallet and getting it to me in 30 minutes. Rooms are all redone, real 4K television and fast elevators.
