"I called the hotel number to see if we could check in early and they told me I had to go to the hotel, so we went, and thankfully we were able to check in early. We were given out ticket for parking with the hotel and keys. The rooms were average, and for paying for a high rise room we were on floor 19 which was probably the lowest "high rise room". View was decent, just not as high we I would of liked. Room was very clean. Beds were firm as all hotel beds are but not lump. The temperature...

"I had a nice stay, it was worth the value. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Staff was very nice to me. Only complaint is that I could not get the wifi to work and was surprised there was not a mini fridge for a king room. Still, the room was clean and very comfortable, would stay again."

Staff was excellent and friendly. Lobby is warm and inviting and cafe was classy. Do not come for a workout. The "relax" room had a crunch chair and peloton (which worked and I used).
