Front staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our flight came in early and since our room was ready, we were able to settle in right away , which was amazing and appreciated. Blue line subway is super close and everything else that you might want to see and explore is walkable. We enjoyed our stay

Was given keys to an occupied room. Walked in and found someone’s valuables. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and the girl was less than apologetic and disgustingly rude. She snarkily offered to cancel my reservation but without a refund only. The room itself was subpar, small with stains on the wall. The view from the room was of construction. I’d never stay here again.

Room was big with a good view of the city and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom had no door though which some people might not like and the water never really got hot. It was still a super nice room for the price though.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was able to do early check-in with no issues. Our room was nice and clean, we just wish we didn't have to go to a different floor for the microwave. The shower was a little tricky with the door and turning on the water. The tile floor was a little slippery, so I was a little nervous about that. We tried out the bar downstairs, and it was nice. Our bartenders were great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.
