"We have been there three times now, and are always sad to leave. The resort is very nice the people are so friendly and helpful. We met senor Javier the customer service manager I think. He was so incredibly helpful dealing with our room issue. The guy is a treasure indeed. He always was very interested in how we were enjoying our time there. "The property was clean and staff was very friendly. Even obstructed view from the balcony was partially obstructed with the palm trees and was very nice. Swimming pools were nice. The food was good - everybody could find something they like. "
