The place is clean and nice, but the card (key) didn't work I could not go to sleep until late then the next day they forgot to save me a beach chair that was only for International tourist . 😡

This is the hotel we chose to stay after a terrible night at another place. This place was formerly Playa Maya Beach Hotel that we have stayed at before. The rooms do need upgrading which I think they are doing slowly. Bed was ok but somewhat hard. Staff mostly spoke Spanish but food and service was excellent! The chef Victor went out of his way to cook whatever you wanted and it was most excellent. The best is that it is right on the beach and they have very comfortable beach chairs and beds! There are a few stairs to contend with but all in all, I would stay here again! They were installing new refrigerators when we left.

Great little hotel right on the beach. Clean, friendly and affordable. Be aware that like with every other small beachfront hotel in the area, you do not have parking and have to pay for street parking or a parking lot.

The property needs a direct access from Calle 8 NTE and not to have your shoes wet by the ocean while accessing the hotel by the beach - the rest was fine and the management are excellent people and very hospitable
