Located on the champagne-powder-perfect beach of the Caribbean Sea, this condo boasts a massive patio including a small splash pool, lounge chairs and a 6 person patio table set. Perfectly situated next to the ferry to Cozumel and just minutes away from authentic Mexican shops, boutiques, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and the bars and night clubs of Playa del Carmen's pedestrian only corridor - 5th Avenue.
This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo offers the amenities of a luxury hotel, the comforts of home, and a view that will take your breath away. Features include: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area with satellite TV and a utility room equipped with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, private bath and plenty of closet space, and the oceanfront guest bedroom features two double beds and a private bath.
Senor Frog's Restaurant and Bar is located on premise at beach level; enjoy friendly tableside service as well as use of their lounge chairs and beach umbrellas, volleyball net and trampoline.

Great location
Loved the view and location! Bed & bedding were good for us. Some things need fixing or updating. We love to open the windows to let the breeze in, which we did, until mosquitos are out. The sliding glass doors did not have screens & one slider (in the bedroom) we could not open, but it's not an issue if you want to use the air conditioners. Over all we would not hesitate to rent again because of the view & location.

Spent 14 days.. Opening comment has to be regarding the property Mgr - Jean ( and Eric ) communication was flawless and both were extremely helpful with our enquiries/needs. Jean assisted in arranging transportation Cancun to Playa and return. With 2 bedrooms and bathrooms the setup was perfect for us. The suite was clean and all amenities as expected. The deck gives a perfect view to the ocean / Cozumel. Long walks on the beach.. Groceries: Chedraui Av. 45 Sur S/N, Centro, Playa del Carmen Walmart 30 Avenida Nte., Gonzalo Guerrero We preferred Chedraui..both are within 25 min walking.. Taxis avail at stores for return if necessary The large water jugs are avail at smaller stores with 2-5 min walk. 5th ave was fun and everyone there was very friendly / area safe. Restaurants Manne’s Biergarten - German Romeo - Italian (beside Manne's) Alux Don Marios Alexa Corazon Rockas Mykonas - Greek Gr8 place gr8 time.. if we head back to Playa Del Carmen will be getting ahold of Jean muy bien muchas gracias

AMAZING!!
This was an amazing condo; clean, safe, w/d, extra pillows, 5 gallon water bottles, extra towels, beach chairs and umbrella, all amenities you could ask for. Property management (Jean) went above and beyond to make our stay great; our bags were held until check-in, we were able to get late check-out, all our questions were answered super quick and she hooked us up with a driver for week. The area has a lot of entertainment during the day and at night. The condo was quite and the best part was that we watched the sunrise and sunset everyday on the balcony, it was the biggest balcony on the beach! We will stay here again when we visit Playa!!

Great place!
Close to everything. Highly recommend getting their transportation to the condo as it is a bit tricky to find the entrance. Eric met us where the taxi dropped us and was super helpful with restaurants and any questions we had. Very enjoyable time.

Great location
The property manager was very helpful and communicative. Location wasn’t noisy even though it is over a busy restaurant that plays music at night. Surprisingly quiet despite that fact so don’t let that deter you. Location is ideal as it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Beach access just a few steps away and an umbrella and chairs are provided in the unit. A++

Paradise in Playa!
The condo is beautiful! Very clean and very well appointed. Anything you could need is in the condo. The terrace is huge and beautiful! The plunge pool was a great addition to keep us cool in the hot playa sun! The location is right on the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue! Jean communicated with us great and was very helpful! I would not hesitate staying here again!

Absolutely loved the location. It was exactly what we were looking for. Incredible patio & ocean view YET two blocks from Starbucks and Paseo del Carmen shopping mall. Amazing restaurants nearby... didn't need to rent a car... made meals in the kitchen... did laundry! It was amazing!

Very accurate descriptions. Two couples stayed the front bedroom gave the benefit of the beautiful view and the back bedroom gave the king size bed benefit. Senor Frogs is really not an issue - we have stayed in Cancun downtown and know what a loud issue sounds like. The beach access is amazing along with walking to great restaurants, little stores, etc. great communication with manager and very responsive. Thank you for our enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Great condo, beautiful view and wonderful terrace
We had a great time! The view is spectacular and the terrace is huge! We had a wonderful time having dinner and playing cards on the terrace while listening to the ocean. The AC worked great, unit was clean and the sofas were comfortable. We appreciated Gene organizing our rides to and from the airport. ( even with a 2:30 am pickup) Sergio , the property manager, was helpful, too.

5 STARS! STOP LOOKING, You found it right here!!! ***
STAYED FEB 1-FEB 7 2022*** Yes, just a couple of weeks ago we visited from Tampa, Florida! We absolutely LOVED this place. The manager Jean is super nice! You can reach her anytime. We will definitely be returning. PROS: The unit has an amazing outdoor space / balcony with a splash pool that overlooks the entire ocean, resort and volleyball courts next door, and terminal with tons of outdoor tables/seating/lounge chairs etc. It is a great extension to the condo unit. The unit provides 3 full jugs of clean drinking water, ice trays, and all kitchen equip for cooking. Double sinks in all the bathrooms. Tons of closet space. Master is at the front of the unit, not overlooking the ocean. But, I did not mind that at all. It was spacious, dark, quiet and clean. 4 Beach Chairs & a Cooler were a plus! 7 Eleven is literally 1 minute away on the side of the building and a pack of ice fits perfectly in the freezer. Washer and Dryer worked good. Cons: The welcome book was missing when we arrived. We did not know how to operate the gas oven properly or where to take out the garbage. But, Jean sent someone right away to show us the oven instructions. The trash is dropped behind the building on the left hand side going towards the street. And if you have cans! Dont throw them away. There is a little boy and lady walking around on the beach with bags collecting cans. Our last day, we took down 2 massive trash bags full of cans down to them and they were so happy for the cans to recycle. All in all, the condo unit was awesome. You are walking distance to everything Playa Del Carmen! When you exit the building to the left, you are 14 steps to the beach entrance, a Torta Restaurant, Senor Frogs, and the Ultra Mar Terminal Ferry counter to get you over to Cozumel. If you turn to the right, there is another small local restaurant and a few more steps takes you into the middle of the hustle and bustle of shopping and the mall. Blocks and blocks of shopping! If you love to barter, you will have a blast walking the streets here! I hope this review helps some of you folks out! Thank you Jean, we had so much fun!

Amazing condo in a lively location
Really great experience renting this condo in Playa Del Carmen. Right in the heart of the action with incredible ocean views. Host was amazing and helped throughout our stay. Small hiccup on the shuttle airport pickup but didn’t impact our trip. My only negative would be Senor Frogs. It’s can get loud and goes all day but this is not enough to deter us from returning

Stunning View. Located in all the action
The manager Jean is lovely! She ensured we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay! This property is exactly as advertised. Fantastic view and nestled in all the action Playa Del Carmen has to offer. The ferry let’s off by the building, so there is a continuous bustle of people walking through. Senor Frogs had reasonable hours and we could only hear the base of the music. By day two, we didn’t even notice it. The condo is located on the original part of 5th street. So it’s not as fancy as the other end of 5th. However, there are three fantastic locale eateries within the building. Local food at local prices with fabulous taste. My only complaints are the master bedroom is in the back of property with NO view. It is a bigger room. But feels like a cave. I think it would serve better as a bunk room. I’m paying. I want the view in the master. Because the view is STUNNING! Secondly, an investment in higher quality mattresses needs to be made. All beds were hard like plywood and uncomfortable. My college student slept on the couch in the living room! He couldn’t take it past day two. If they swapped the bedrooms and improved the mattresses we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. We had an amazing experience.

NICE AND COZY
It felt cozy. The rooms had lots of space along with closet space. I love the fact that each room had its complete bathroom. The couches were very comfortable, which you don't find often. It just felt like a place to crash after a long day out. The property manager was so awesome and so was the cleaning lady Julia. The only down side, was that it was a bit hard to find.

We had an awesome experience. Everything was clean and we had access to everything we needed just 1 min away in walking distance. We were a little sad that it was raining and there was a lot of sargazo on the beach. Overall our stay was great.
