The condo had everything we needed for our stay; and it was so easy to get to all the wonderful restaurants and taco stands in the area. Plus, super quick to walk down to the beach and Malecon, and downtown to the plaza area. "The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"This home is beautiful, and the splash pool is wonderful! You can walk 10 minutes to the turtle release and beach. The beach is beautiful, but no swimming or surfing there. The location is quite far from town; you will need to rent a car or a motorcycle to get into Puerto Escondido, and the road into town can be a bit challenging during the rainy season. "Location was great. 5-10 min walk to the center/beach. Communication and check-in/check-out was easy and seamless. As another guest mentioned, there is a slight smell but it certainly isn’t due to lack of cleanliness. The home was spotless. I noticed it the first day but it seemed to fade and wasn’t a problem for our group. Home had everything you need including a regular coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and a Ninja blender. "

"Up front, you should know it’s an older property and is not shiny and luxurious. However, the staff of Gilberto and crew were great. Home-cooked meals and drinks served (you pay for the f&b, of course). It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and the pool and beachfront are great. Again, pool is aged, but holds clean water. Our interactions with owner, Marcello, were also timely, fair, and accurate. "

"Ted and Brenda are wonderful hosts and their home is everything you would hope for a family Getaway. They were happy to share their knowledge for transportation to and from the air port including a stop at the grocery store. All the best places to eat and where to get a wonderful massage. We Loved the sunshine the view and the pool and yes at times the Air conditioning. We will be back to Sayulita "
