"I liked how easy it was to get to the property from the inside of the airport. The room was very comfortable and big enough to be comfortable if traveling with family. We had the king suite. The sofa converts into a bed but it’s not comfortable. Overall it was a nice place to stay and will definitely stay again if necessary. "

"Just returned from our six-day, five-night vacation at Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta yesterday and had an amazing time! They are working on a little construction, but that's just an example of their commitment to excellence and constant customer satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed the Vitamar Spa (Veronica was wonderful!). We also enjoyed seeing employees we'd seen since our first visits when the property was still Dreams (this is our seventh time in fifteen years between Dreams and now Hyatt Ziva). Miguel and Luis at the pool bar were as wonderful as ever and are true examples of exemplary service. Additionally, Orlando at the pool bar was so friendly, professional, and personable! He was so great to talk to and we look forward to talking to him again during our visit next year. Also, a shout-out to Jahir at the teppanyaki bar, whose food and friendliness were amazing!
