"Beautiful resort. Staff was amazing. The only problem we had is they gave us a king bed on the first night. And we had reserved 2 double beds. It was inconvenient to have to change rooms the next day. But other than that, it was a great vacation."

And when things get complicated or whether there was a mixup, the staff literally goes out of the way to resolve as best as they can. The bottom line is this is a big bang for your buck and a huge deposit for your memory bank! The Hard Rock’s work ethic, lively culture, and dynamic environments they create for both families and those singles living it up is truly amazing! At HRH, you are a star!
